 How to Customize a lace wig?
You can order bundles and a closure/ frontal to customize a wig with this Service Charge of $45.00

♦ For example:  If you would like customize a 4x4 Closure wig in body wave 20inch for a 180% Density.
You can add the body wave bundles 18inch 20inch and a lace closure 20inch to shipping cart first, then add Custom-Made Service at NO Charge and complete payment.
We will start to make a closure wig for you after payment.

The custom-made wig can be chosen among small, medium and large cap size. In addition, regular or adjustable elastic bands can be added to fit the head.

If you want the higher density and longer length for wigs, more bundles will be used. 
The more bundles you order sewn on the wig, the thicker the wig will become. 

♦ How long will it take?
Usually custom wigs take 30-60 minutes depends on the length and thickness to complete and 5-10 working days to reach you or sooner.

♦ What part of the custom wig?
Free Part and Middle Part

SHIPMENT
1. FedEx. We will choose the suitable one for you. 

2. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. 
(Orders are typically processed and shipped on the same business day if you order before 5pm (Chinese Time GMP+8), Otherwise on the next business day.)

3. Delivery Time: USA, Canada 2-4 Business Days; Europe 2-4 Business Days; Africa 3-7 Business Days.
As regards the delivery time for other countries, please consult customer service.  We are able to delivery the package to all over the world.

Washing

• Prep: Gently detangle the wig with a wide-tooth comb before washing.
• Water temperature: Wash with lukewarm or cool water, never hot water.
• Shampoo: Use our sulfate-free shampoo formulated for human hair or extensions.
• Application: Gently apply the shampoo, working from the roots to the ends, and rinse thoroughly under cool, running water. Do not scrub or twist the hair.
• Conditioner: Apply a hydrating conditioner, focusing on the ends and mid-lengths, and let it sit for a few minutes.
• Rinse: Rinse the conditioner with cool water, gently squeezing out excess.

Drying and Styling

• Drying: Gently squeeze out excess water with a towel. Do not wring or twist the wig. Place it on a wig stand to air dry completely. Avoid using foam wig heads as they can absorb water.
• Moisturizing: Apply a hydrating serum, oil, or balm to the hair, focusing on the ends to prevent dryness. Avoid applying directly to the roots.
• Heat styling: Use our heat protectant spray first. Then use heated tools only on a low setting. 
• Styling products: Use styling products sparingly to avoid buildup. If you use heavy products, wash the wig more frequently. Remember too much washing can damage the hair.

Daily maintenance and Storage

• Comb: Gently comb the wig with a wide-tooth comb each day, starting from the ends and working your way up.
• Storage: Store the wig on a wig stand in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape and protect it from dust.
• Washing frequency: Wash your wig every 6–8 wears or roughly once a month if you wear it less frequently.
• Over-washing can damage the hair; use leave-conditioning spray. Use our Deep Conditioner once a week.
